Accounts Assistant
Due to our continued growth, we are recruiting for a part time accounts assistant to work with our client base.  This role will predominantly be based at our offices in Silverbridge however will include visiting clients’ premises. 
 
Part Time - 2 days per week (Flexibility around days)
The role will initially be two days per week with the opportunity for further hours as the practice grows
 
Duties
  • VAT/VIES/Intrastat Return Preparation (ROI and UK)
  • Company Secretarial administration for the Companies Registration Office
  • Sole trader, partnership accounts preparation
  • Assisting with management accounts preparation
  • Assisting with statutory accounts preparation for limited companies
  • Assisting with completion and submission of Self Assessment, Partnership and Corporation Tax Returns
  • Carrying out general office administration and Ad hoc duties as required
 
Successful Candidate: 
  • Bookkeeping experience essential
  • Ability to work independently and to strict deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and flexible working attitude
  • Bookkeeping Accounts packages experience desirable such as Surf Accounts, Relate Accounts Production, Sage, Xero and Microsoft Office
  • Full clean driving licence with access to vehicle is essential to this role
